My 1st Attempt To Make A Fruit Crepe ^-^

I had a sudden crave for banana choco crepe while working in the afternoon at 3pm, when my tummy start to protest by "singing a song"... Thus, I browsed the net for the recipe of crepe batter and this is what i found:

What a tempting shot! Found this in Flickr search.

i started jotting down the ingredients needed.. (which became not much in use later on -.-" )

i went down to cold storage straight after work to get all the ingredients. *i know i know, the steamboat is in the background. kindly ignore it k. Probably my mum is still in her CNY mood =p *

i looked through the newly renovated cold storage, cant find the "all purpose flour"! but i found the crepe mix @ $1.75.. ( that expain why i didnt use the recipe =D )

i beat the eggs, add in the mix + 1 1/4 cup of water. the instruction says 400 ~ 410 ml, but i judged it by my eyes =p

after mixing the batter until smooth, add in the melted butter and mix it for about 10 seconds~ then proceed to cook the batter on a non-stick frying pan!!

i topped it with whipped cream, diced korea strawberry (sweet ^^) and some grapes!

TaDaNg~~!!! 完成!!!Not bad huh..

personally think that the crepe is too thick. stupid me followed the instruction online to wait for the pan to get heated. Once i poured the batter in, it solidified #!@(&(!#)#*@~ and the crepe has not much taste m(-_-)m

after eating this i went back to the kitchen to add in 2 teaspoon of white sugar + 1 teaspoon of vanilla essense into the remaining batter, poured it in the not-so-hot frying pan and it came out just fine. i then spread it with nutella and topped diced strawberry on it, fold into quarter and store it in my fridge :)

didnt take pic though.. that will be my breakfast for tomorrow~

see ya! ~_^
